Excellent customer service! They go out of their way to please their customers and I’m a happy customer. I have owned 4 Hondas in my lifetime but my Subaru is the winner! Rafael Ibarra reviewed the scheduled maintenance needs of my Forester and made sure all was done,finishing with a complimentary wash. The service was excellent. On driving down from Fremont CA on a visit to support my mother following surgery, I discovered a significant oil leak and brought my 2010 Forester in for evaluation. Appointment was made on-line on Sunday mother following surgery, I discovered a significant oil leak and brought my 2010 Forester in for evaluation. Appointment was made on-line on Sunday and on Monday Rafael Ibarra was my service advisor. He was extremely efficient and communicated clearly on the process, getting me a loaner as it was likely to take > a day to complete. I received a timely video evaluation and Rafael made sure to keep me up to date on the needs and scheduled the work. Loaner was excellent and picking up my car afterwards was quick and efficient. Rafael went over the charges clearly and got me back on the road quickly. Great experience and Rafael clearly understands customer service at a high level. I would highly recommend Sierra Subaru of Monrovia and Rafael in particular to handle your repair needs. More

It had been a long time since I serviced my 2016 Subaru Outback. I was apprehensive about going to the dealership. I must say that my experience was very good. Rafael Ibarra was my service manager. He was Outback. I was apprehensive about going to the dealership. I must say that my experience was very good. Rafael Ibarra was my service manager. He was pleasant and very professional. When the suggested service report came back, it was a lot more than I expected. Rafael went over the work estimate with me and explained all of the items. I got my Subaru Ascent from Sierra Subaru in 2018. Since then, I have also taken my vehicle to get serviced at this location's service department. Rafael Ibarra has always been my advisor of choice. He exhibited exceptional customer service from the start. My experience has gotten even better over time (if that is possible). I really enjoy the videos sent to our text with updates on the car maintenance/service process. Rafael is honest, transparent, personable, and kind. He is the reason I still come to Sierra to get my car serviced. More
