My son had a nail in his tire and it was completely flat. Luther Hudson Chevy was able to look at it right away, and they were able to patch it that same day so we didn’t have to replace the tire. On a Monday, we brought in the Acadia Denali for general service. The Luther Hudson technician discovered a slight transmission seal leak that I then scheduled to have replaced a week later. Subsequently, w service. The Luther Hudson technician discovered a slight transmission seal leak that I then scheduled to have replaced a week later. Subsequently, we had a 600 mile trip to take out of town the end of the week. I called to see if Luther could fix the leak and understood there would be no guarantees it could be done prior to my call. Luther called back to tell me they were fortunate to have an opening when a client cancelled. Two days later, just before our trip, the Denali transmission was repaired. I felt very lucky to have been able to have the work completed as, again, I called with the hope it could be done. I can’t thank the Luther Hudson GMC service team enough for their efforts to make the repair so soon. This is a dealership with wonderful customer service and competent sales and service staff. I would (and have) recommend Luther Hudson GMC to anyone. Thank you! More
