Very satisfied with the service at Luther. Rachel got our vehicle in right away, ordered what was required for the fix, all within 24 hours. Really appreciated the shuttle service as well. I brought in my car with an oil leak. They thought that they had fixed the issue ( understood because of the amount of oil on the bottom of the engine) but it still had an active leak. I called them and wa they had fixed the issue ( understood because of the amount of oil on the bottom of the engine) but it still had an active leak. I called them and was pretty bummed.Not only did they take care of the issue, they found and fixed the leak. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service. Nick and Rachel have awesome costumer service ( and the Mechanic as well, sorry didn’t get their name). Thanks! More

I was disappointed, they forgot to return my car. I used concierge, got text work was complete, paid online and told my car would be delivered soon. 3 hours later I got done with work and my car was not re concierge, got text work was complete, paid online and told my car would be delivered soon. 3 hours later I got done with work and my car was not returned. Had to contact dealership and find out what happened. I was told by Rachel it was her fault. Did not appreciate having to wait another 30 min to get my car. More
