I was very disappointed that the service writer couldn't understand what it was I was asking for. She then got Steve Boyd to talk with me. He was very short with me and asked me what qualifications I had to understand what it was I was asking for. She then got Steve Boyd to talk with me. He was very short with me and asked me what qualifications I had to question them. I already knew that the battery was compromised. All I wanted to know was what was causing the degradation of the battery. They finally did agree to do what I asked. The day I returned to pick up my truck I asked to be shown the switch that was causing the parasitic draw. He showed me but was not nice about it. Didn't thank me for the business and went back in the building in a huff. My qualifications that he had asked me about are I'm an electrician and owned one of the Commercial Electrics in the Twin Cities for more than 36 years. More
