I've never walked out of a dealership and said, we're going to buy from that salesperson again, I did after working with Bryan. He stayed well after he should have left for the day to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The hand off to the finance person (Stephanie) went smoothly and there was none of the usual "the new car you're buying will fall apart next month if you don't get the extended warranty" shenanigans.
