At the last minute yesterday, my husband and I decided to go car shopping. It was our first trip out and we had no intention of buying a vehicle. Preston welcomed us with a smile and showed us the cars we were curious about, placing no pressure on us. We felt at ease as he answered our questions honestly and patiently. He was unassuming and offered no exaggerated selling points, just clear dialogue as he walked us through the buying process. He was genuine and knowledgeable, and made us feel at home. All this despite an extremely busy showroom full of customers. He checked in with us frequently as we waited for our paperwork to be processed, and kept us apprised at each step.
