I have dealt with this dealership (under three different owners) for over forty years and have had nothing but excellent service. However, this time I purchased four new tires at over $1,200 and the service owners) for over forty years and have had nothing but excellent service. However, this time I purchased four new tires at over $1,200 and the service person left the wheels extremely dirty with hand prints and smudges from brake dust that was not there when I brought it in. It seems to me that it took longer than it should to make the installation. It took two and a half hours and no one ever updated me on the progress and any possible delays. I would not have waited if I had known it would take that long. I am extremely disappointed in the service for the first time since I have been dealing with them. More
