We had an appointment with David at 2pm, we arrived about 1:55. We walked past about 10-12 employees many of which looked right at us. Not a single person welcomed us in. The college football game must have been more important than a potential customer. We made it over to the front courtesy desk. Stood there several minutes waiting for the person at desk to finish whatever they were doing on their phone. After being ignored I finally said we are here to see David. First I got the response of we don't have a David here. Then she said I'll send a message. After 20 minutes of waiting in chairs directly across from her and no David and no further efforts from her to try and locate him, we left. About 2:45 David called ask if we were still coming in. I explained the situation and he apologized. So we came back. We ended up buying a car because it was what we wanted. Not because Corwin did anything special. If the car we bought wasn't exactly what we were looking for I wouldn't have bought anything. Based on this experience I would have a hard time recommending Corwin to anyone. Even the clean up on the car was very poor. I wasn't in a hurry, I would've came back another day to pick up the car to give more time for clean for delivery. I worked in the car dealership business for 25 years, now I own my own business. Customer need to be treated better than this. Our sales person David was good, and the F&I guy was good. More
