We had very enjoyable conversation during the financing process, making it stress free. We wanted some accessories for the 4Runner, and Don Peterson was able to assist us during this process. With prior notice to both the sales rep and the manager, that I would be purchasing the car and coming in on an agreed upon time, the car I bought wa With prior notice to both the sales rep and the manager, that I would be purchasing the car and coming in on an agreed upon time, the car I bought wasn't cleaned, didn't have a full tank of gas in it, was missing floor mats and I was basically just told you're SOL. I wouldn't buy from this dealer again. Their sole goal here it seemed like was to get me out of the door and that's the standard icky feeling consumers get from dealerships. This dealership is clearly set on making a profit by cutting corners to save a few bucks. What a bummer. More
