The buying experience was phenomenal. No high pressure approach and our Sales Advisor worked with us to meet our needs. Yet, on a recent service visit for installation of purchased options on our new Ridgeline, I chose to wait for the work to be done under the impression that it would take two maybe three hours to complete. It would have been phenomenal if the service advisor would have given me an estimate of wait time and offered me a loaner car (given the work ultimately took five hours). Unfortunately, I meandered like a fish and wasted a day of productivity. Would I buy from Atlantic again? For sure, but next time I'll ask for a loaner car if any service work is expected to take more than two hours. More
