When it came to negotiating the price we were given several different prices none which matched online price and they tried to excuse this by saying they added the cost of pre certification of a used v several different prices none which matched online price and they tried to excuse this by saying they added the cost of pre certification of a used vehicle. They changed the amount we put down on our loan without discussing with us first since they did not want us to put down a lot of money because they get a bonus from the auto lender for giving the bank the new loan. It just felt like a typical used car experience. We felt lied to and would not do business with them again. More
