This was not my first car purchase, nor was it even my first luxury car. But this establishment and this team made me feel like it was. Mostly because this location is THE standard of how a customer exper first luxury car. But this establishment and this team made me feel like it was. Pete, Sam, John and the entire team were overwhelmingly helpful, understanding, and solely focused on delivering us exactly what we agreed upon and beyond. Sam made every step of the purchasing process effortless and enjoyable. The dealership was buzzing with customers and he was able to even surprise us with an unexpected and heart warming celebration for our purchase with the entire team for my family, including my young children, who now must think every purchasing experience is like this. It isn’t. Every feature, perk, and amenity offered here makes you feel like so much more than a sale, and honestly I don’t think they ever referenced my purchase as such, because it wasn’t just a transaction, it was a collaborative solution and that’s the point.
