Everything about the experience was positive, from our first telephone contact to picking up our Certified PreOwned QX80. Wonderful experience, they helped, they listened, they treated us like we were somebody, we would recommend them to anyone. Nina took care of everything!! We didn’t need to test drive, inspect the vehicle, spend hours at the dealership, frustrate ourselves negotiating a fair price, or any of the other things you would expect when purchasing a vehicle. We flew from Orlando to Chicago and was picked up at the airport by Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Thirty minutes from the airport to the dealership and less than an hour later we were in our QX80 heading back to Florida. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime but this was the first one that we ever purchased sight unseen. Will do it the save way next time with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and Nina Gacek.
