Everybody was extremely helpful with the purchase from beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete ans beginning to end. Normally I don’t like purchasing cars because I have to deal with pushy dealers. This was not the case at Ferman! Tina and Pete answered all my questions and when told him that I needed to think about it overnight they didn’t come back with a gimmicky close line. They did follow up the next day but in a very friendly manner. Special thanks to Tina for tucking my car in the garage when I came to get it since it was raining.
