Thank you for your feedback. Although the vehicle was driven several thousand miles in just a few weeks and was well past the warranty period, we did indeed replace the transmission on this vehicle. You were charged only for the deductible on the extended warranty (approx $50-$100). In addition, we provided a rental car which certainly was returned to us in much poorer condition than when it left our dealership. Lastly, we apologize for any inconvenience, but feel that we have gone above and beyond to solve any issues. Sincerely, The Alan Jay Automotive Network Team.
