I've purchased a couple of vehicles from them now and though years apart, I've had the same excellent 5 star service from both Lloyd (before) and Pedro (now). Suzanne in finance is a no pressure, exceptionally clear communicator who, to me, makes all the difference. The service department is okay. Hit or miss there depending onnthe service rep. The service location is up to date and the shuttle drivers are also hit or miss. Overall, I recommend Flammer Ford especially when it comes to the sales reps. and Suzanne in finance. Cheers, DG More
