I left a voice mail for her to express my interest and received a very prompt call back. Based on our conversation I knew the reviews were true and that Katherine was only rep I wanted to deal with. I hung up the phone and immediately drove almost an hour to see her - despite living two blocks from a different Mercedes dealership. The drive was definitely worth it! Katherine did an amazing job showing me all of the features of the 2023 GLE 350 and closing the deal with her was an excellent experience.
