For the first time in my life, I was not sure what car I wanted. Martin listened to my likes and recommended two models. I drove them both repeatedly over the next week. I then left the dealership to test drive nearly all the models of competitors. Martin kept in touch without pressure and answered my questions. When the time to "negotiate" arrived, I was surprised with Mike Lilley and the transparency of the process--virtually no negotiating involved, but listening to my desires and meeting them. Erich was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. His knowledge of the vehicle and it's equipment were outstanding, there were no questions he could not answer and he was quick to point out the smaller details and nuances of the options. At no time was he pushy, distracted or in a hurry.
