The sales team and finance manager took the usual anxiety out of the car buying experience. There was no pressure and we reached a deal that was mutually acceptable. They actually took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and didn't treat my like some naive woman.I have had the car 12 days and Paul and Colby have checked in numerouse times, which is completely different than my past experiences with dealerships in both Maury and Williamson Counties. Once I drove my car off the lot, I never heard from "the other" dealerships again. Nissan South gives that friendly, small town feel. Truly impressed. At Newton Nissan in Shelbyville, TN I had a great experience! My salesman was Don Skebo and right from the moment I met him, he put me at ease. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel like I was taking too much of his time, or that I was asking stupid questions. It was like spending the day with a friend who was showing me some cars. While I was there, Paul Welker came by a couple times to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Zak Stidham was my finance man and he too made me very comfortable. I never felt pressured by anyone the whole day and ended buying a beautiful Nissan Versa that will last me a long time and I couldn't be happier!! More
