Thank you guys very much. My previous dealership (not Mitsubishi) changed oil more than 3 hours (one time I spent 8 hours). But this service did everything for about 1 hour an My previous dealership (not Mitsubishi) changed oil more than 3 hours (one time I spent 8 hours). But this service did everything for about 1 hour and 20 minutes (they did additional warranty change) and said “Sorry for delay”. Thanks guys again. I hope I will love this service same as I love my car)) More

Paul is nice and make sure he attended to your car needs and service. However, the seats are not very comfy to wait for a while for your car to get done. I received excellent service on my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV!! I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Paul and the rest of the staff at Universal Mitsubishi. I was greeted by Paul a PHEV!! I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Paul and the rest of the staff at Universal Mitsubishi. I was greeted by Paul and he went through the process for my service and told me it was going to take a couple of hours. Happily it took about 1 hour and a half. Facilities are very comfortable and clean. They offer hot beverages and a nice lounge and work area where customers can sit and wait for their cars. More
