I couldn't be happier with the service at Ferman MINI. I thought it was novel that my MINI made the appointment. I arrive early, and they took me in right away. I made an appointment and drove 45 minutes for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I needed to wait nearly two hours for the service to be completed. Then, another 45 minutes back to Tampa. Understood & Addressed my issue . Got me in & out in a reasonable time.
