The service writer Paul was outstanding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. The dealership overall was clean but lacking in brochures for all Ho He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. The dealership overall was clean but lacking in brochures for all Honda models. I was interested in the new CRV and wanted to see what accessories was available. There was some type of catalog on display but it was outdated for most models. In the waiting area for service, there was no information or direction for any beverages or snacks. As part of the service writer's job it would be nice to mention this to the customer before entering that area. More
