In the end all is well that ends well. The management there I needed a car and nissan worked to have financing approved. So i will be forever thankful, because i had just junked my previous car ans needed a rel I needed a car and nissan worked to have financing approved. Top notch service and communication I decided to visit Russ Darrow Nissan in Milwaukee to look for a new vehicle since I had excellent experiences with their service department. Their Se I decided to visit Russ Darrow Nissan in Milwaukee to look for a new vehicle since I had excellent experiences with their service department. Their Service Manager, Paul is very knowledgeable and definitely understands the customer experience is most important. My initial visit was made to test drive an Armada and get a value for my trade-in. During the visit they spent a lot of time with my wife and I after close to lay out all the options from purchase to lease. The store’s General Manager, Eric was actively involved and very friendly. After we left that night, we had a very good idea that leasing was the best option for us. We did visit other local dealerships to see what they could offer as far as price. Once I made those visits, I did get some very competitive offers but had the best experience during my visit at Russ Darrow, so I contacted them to see where they stood on a vehicle that had a few more options than those I was quoted on ($3,000 worth). I tried to contact our salesperson and Eric the General Manager called me back to let me know that he had the day off. During the call Eric spoke with me about the offers in detail and worked with me over the phone, giving me nearly the same price for the vehicle with more options that they had in their inventory. When I arrived there were no surprises and the price quoted was what I received. While I was filling out the paperwork, I was informed of the service plan options by Jerad, which was pressure free as well. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Very Satisfied I can't say thank you enough from the beginning while looking for a vehicle, to the purchase of the vehicle and for the experience of the service depa I can't say thank you enough from the beginning while looking for a vehicle, to the purchase of the vehicle and for the experience of the service department having an oil change done and not having too wait for hours to have the service completed as I've had in the past with a previous dealership which I will not name any name; having appointment means you should be able to get in, in a timely manner and get out in a timely manner not have to sit. Russ Darrow Nissan did just what they say they will do and not have to sit and wait for long. Thank you so much for the great service I will be recommending the dealership to more people More

When I got there they couldn’t find my keys and was just overall rude. Will never return there if I don’t have too. More

Difficult to work with. Dealership would not honor warranty commitment. Disappointing to say the least. Am working through the courts to get reimbursement for the damage they Dealership would not honor warranty commitment. Disappointing to say the least. Am working through the courts to get reimbursement for the damage they caused to my vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership. EDIT: The dealership reached out to me to assist. Nissan North America refunded the charges after I had my lawyer contact them. Changing the rating from 1 star to 2, as it still was not a good experience as the dealership did not / does not advocate for their customers with Nissan North America. Further, the original issue with the transmission, a "judder", returned once since the repair was made. More
