Paul was very honest and transparent throughout the process. He reviewed every line item on the lease with me as he worked out the number and there were no surprises. Paul Leary came to greet us, introduce himself and ask if we needed any help. From that moment on, he began educating me about the Volvo S 60 model I came to see. This was the best experience I have had at a car dealership in that I was able to learn all I needed to make my decision in a very reasonable period of time and most importantly, without pressure. Everyone at Smythe Volvo were most welcoming. Paul Leary's assistance was most appreciated and made my decision to lease a Volvo a very enjoyable experience. Love the car! As to the question below regarding service, I prefer to service my car from where I obtain it; however, with my previous auto, I brought it to another dealership because of the unsatisfactory service from my original dealership. This was with another make of car. Again, I would much rather have my car serviced at the dealership from where I obtain it and look forward to doing so at Smythe Volvo. More

Great Dealership We just took delivery of our 2016 XC90 and our experience at Smythe Volvo was outstanding. When we decided to look for an XC90 we visited a dealer tha We just took delivery of our 2016 XC90 and our experience at Smythe Volvo was outstanding. When we decided to look for an XC90 we visited a dealer that was closer to our home. Although they had access to inventory from three dealerships they did not have the exact vehicle we wanted. We found the exact car we were looking for in Smythe's online inventory. We met with Craig Melquist who made the transaction easy and with no pressure. He gave us a great deal. While the other dealer used our Loyalty rebate to reduce the price of the car, Smythe gave us a better price and then gave us the Loyalty rebate on top of that. I am extremely pleased with the deal I received at Smythe. When we came to pick up the car Ashley Butfiloski helped with all of the paperwork, explaining everything in detail. She made the process easy and enjoyable. On the day we were to pick up the car, Paul Leary responded quickly to any questions I had before we came to the dealership. At delivery Paul did an outstanding job going over the car. There's so much to learn with the XC90 and Paul patiently explained all of the systems in the car, making sure that we understood how to use everything. Overall I am very impressed with Smythe Volvo. This has been one of, if not the best experience purchasing a car. I will enthusiastically recommend Smythe Volvo. More
