Mr. Jones make sure that you understand thoroughly what you are getting into. He also explains things thoroughly to you, Mr. Jones even offer his time where you can text with any concerns matter about your car. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Jones. The representative who works in the insurance department Maria Hernandez she was amazing. She make sure to seek the best insurance with a low rate for you. She was patient tolerable and understanding. I really have to give it up for those two representative of Toyota. More

I drove almost 5 hours and I asked the dealer to be honest with me before my trip to them to be honest with me if the car got any scratches or stains , they confirmed that it's in mint condition with n honest with me before my trip to them to be honest with me if the car got any scratches or stains , they confirmed that it's in mint condition with no stains or scratches....I was shocked when I saw it..dents ,.scratches, birds dropping stain, the tires were not the same brand, it was just a big lie from them , I asked them to work with me on the price, they were so rude and they took advantage of me driving 5 hours to them , and they already know that the car is a gift for my daughter in her birthday (she is a cancer patient) , I ended up buying the car because I didn't have any other choice because her birthday was next day ...I gave her the car and I could see her looking at the defects on it but she showed me that she appreciated... I end up spending over $2000 to make the car as the condition as I expected.. Honestly I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, take your business to other dealership who appreciates you and your business. More
