Patrick was very helpful in my car purchase. Initially he was responsive enough to call me back after I left him a message concerning the car I wanted. He was able to let me know that there was some possiblity of negotiation on the price of the car. Because of this I made the drive to Middleton to see the car. It was the car I wanted. In the test drive I thought that the car was running rough so before I took the car home he made sure that it was serviced. He offered me a loaner for the next day and even filled it up with gas. All of this was happening during a snow storm. Partick was able to negotiate a price that I was happy with and started the process of financing. If I have any thing that was not really great it was that when i came to pick up the car on Friday it was not ready. I did not have a stated specific time but I was unaware that it needed a new part. This was late due to the snow storm which could not be helped. Patrick offered to buy me lunch while I was waiting. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and overall the experience was very positive More

After my daughter's car was totalled, we were in the market for a replacement vehicle for her. We were wanting one that would haul her equipment as well as being safe on the roads. I happen to view one market for a replacement vehicle for her. We were wanting one that would haul her equipment as well as being safe on the roads. I happen to view one on Schoepp's website that I thought would work well; we also had a truck that we wanted to trade in for a car for my husband and myself. I called Patrick and he was very helpful with finding two vehicles that we were interested in. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful in working a nice deal that benefited both parties. One of the vehicles needed a bit of work before we could take it home so we were to pick it up the next morning. Upon arriving at Schoepp Motors that morning, we changed our minds about that particular car. As Patrick had that day off, Jason came to provide assistance. Thankfully Jason (and Doug) are very patient as we looked at several and finally found the perfect choice for my daughter. It's a low milage, newer, SAFE car with the necessary options...They even arranged for me to have cruise control installed! So THANK YOU Patrick and Jason!
