It was late on a Friday night as I was driving through the lot. He stopped after the building was closed and interacted with me. The following Monday I worked with Patrick Rogalla over the phone getting myself prequalified. I tested drove the car after work. It was a perfect situation. Exactly what I wanted Patrick was very friendly and found me exactly what I was looking for. I think I waited a year or 2 too long to trade my last car in but they still Patrick was very friendly and found me exactly what I was looking for. I think I waited a year or 2 too long to trade my last car in but they still gave me a fair deal. Both he and Scott Lux, who did all the financing, made sure to get it all done in a short amount of time. The first day my wiper fell off; nothing major but Patrick got me in and out and back at work in no time. I would definitely go back. Everyone was very friendly and the space was very comfortable. When I arrived to the lot of Schoepp Motors, Middleton I drove around looking at different vehicles. All while doing so I didn’t have a pushy salesperson bugging me. They allowed me to approach them, which is great! I met w/ Kaytlynn H. & immediately felt a sense of comfort. She is the sweetest girl, knew all the answers to my questions, didn’t pressure me into anything, but most of all she was a genuine, soft, & friendly person. After deciding to check out financing, I then met w/ Patrick R. who worked his butt off to get me the absolute best deal he could. He was very transparent, caring, & friendly. Lastly, I met w/ Scott L. to “sign on the dotted line”. He walked me through each section of the loan packet, went over warranty info, etc. Scott was equally as friendly & transparent. Overall, my entire experience was nothing short of the BEST. I’ve been through my fair share of dealerships & I cannot day enough how incredibly everyone was! I made an appointment and the vehicle was pulled up and ready for me to see when I got there. I was test driving it within 10 minutes of arriving. Loved the vehicle. The price was right. I hit some snags with financing and Donna worked very hard to get me set up. I'm so happy with the car, the monthly payment and term, and the service was low-pressure and really accommodating. We were offered beverage and snacks when we got there and everyone was extremely friendly. Buying a vehicle has always been a stressful experience for me but this time was smooth as possible. Will be back for the kids when it's time. My oldest came with me. This place set a high standard for future purchases. More
