Like any dealer must negotiate price. After several hours of negotiation, test driving, etc got excellent price on 2012 Civic. Purchase price actually ended up being below sticker price. We had gone to another Honda dealership right before going to Valley Honda and that dealership had a low selection and the salesman was not very informative. We left there feeling very discouraged about going to Valley Honda and that dealership had a low selection and the salesman was not very informative. We left there feeling very discouraged about the process of buying a new car. We got to Valley Honda a half an hour before closing just thinking we would gather a little information. We really liked how Pat made the car buying process very simple. About an hour later we had purchased our Pilot! Pat even came to our house to connect the Homelink with the Pilot. When we went back to Valley Honda to get our plates I was impressed that while I was just waiting around in the lobby, one of the salesman offered me a water. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda to friends and family! More

I purchased a new Honda Civic in the spring of 2011, my first Honda. Pat Malik was my sales person. He showed me all the models I was interested in and helped me make my decision to buy the Civic. Pat is first Honda. Pat Malik was my sales person. He showed me all the models I was interested in and helped me make my decision to buy the Civic. Pat is very knowledgeable about the Honda models and their features. He was very thoroughly in explaining all the features. Pat's follow up was exceptional, better than any other car salesman I have dealt with in the past 20 years. He is great at representing the Honda brand. I also received excellent service on my navigation system and on basic service, mostly due to Pat's close attention to his customers. As a whole, I found the dealership made the car buying experience enjoyable and have recommended the dealer to many of my friends and work associates. I would highly recommend Valley Honda and Pat Malik to anyone interested in a great deal and exceptional service on a Honda. More

He knew his product, and offered alternatives when there were any decisions to be made. Mr. Malik should offer classes in car sales. Salesmanship: Pat Malik was professional, courteous, and just the right amount of friendly. He listens to what a person wants and trys to offer what may fit your your needs cirteria, based on inventory ava just the right amount of friendly. Pat was not pushy and was genuine in his interest to find the right vehicle for me. The info of the used car of my interest was offered to me in a nice booklet for my review (Carfax report,their inspection highlights,repairs,etc. Dealership: Appearance was meticulous,the emloyees were all dressed well and all seemed happy. This to me reflects that if the employees are treated well and are happy...then customers will be treated well. The customer area was very comfortable and trimmed with things to make waiting enjoyable and or productive (wifi, PC's, TV, coffee, desks, cubicles). Also surprising was that the onwer of the Dealership came by and introduced himself and spoke to me for a few minutes. I can honestly say that this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience in a dealership. I hope the vehicle I bought turns out to be as good as it seems. :) More
