I ordered a Lexus 600hL from this dealership off the internet sight unseen in January. My initial inquiries were answered promptly by my salesperson Zoran. I thought they were very fair on the price so I agreed to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped. Their shipping charge to Des Moines from Chicago was very reasonable and the transport driver was courteous and careful with my new acquisition. Upon inspection the next morning I found a few wear items that I thought were not fully disclosed in our negotiations. Zoran and Parin, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, stepped in to remedy the items in question at their expense. They also did it in a timely manner so I could enjoy the vehicle as if I purchased it new. These guys were extremely pleasant to do business with and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future. Their website (and dealership) is a cornucopia for anyone that loves nice cars. They have about every make and model and thanks to technology will probably be doing much more business in other states via the internet and their commitment to superb customer service. More
