Dave, We have honored you and provided you with your 3 years of no-charge oil changes. Because you drive more mileage than most as an UBER driver, your free services were used up faster than typical. There was never an offer of “unlimited oil changes” for a 3 year period. We have been completely ethical and honest with you as we are with all customers – in fact, we get reimbursed for performing these oil changes, so it behooves us to do as many possible until we all, you and us, hit the limit of what is included with the car. It was disclosed on the MSRP label with your car, and is widely known publicly available information to all customers and shoppers. We appreciate your business and hope to keep you as a valued customer. Your original sales representative, now promoted to management, will be calling you personally to attempt to salvage the relationship that we have with you. Thank you again for your business.
