I tend to like searching for the best vehicle for me, analyzing different web sites, assessing reviews by third parties and more almost to an obsession. I worked with Clint Schreiber in Sales and he was very focused on listening and then only presenting me the vehicles I was interested in. He worked to get me as many as the incentives available as we could find to make the best deal possible. Financing and deal work was always presented with options. In the end the car we wanted was at a different dealership and Clint and the team made arrangements and brought it from almost 100 miles away so that I felt I got the best car for me and my family. I would strongly recommend the group, I been a loyal customer since 1990 and I will continue to do all of my Ford purchases with Fair Oaks Ford. More

Although Fair Oaks Ford was not the dealer we had leased from originally, we had been there many times for service and were impressed with the attentativeness of the staff and their cordial attitude. We were able to select two vehicles from the online inventory that we would be interested in. I phoned the dealership and talked to Pam Hammersmith, who is the leasing consultant at Fair Oaks. We arranged an appointment to meet with her. When we arrived at the dealership, we were warmly met and directed to Pam. She had one of the vehicles already waiting for us to test drive. My wife and I agreed on our next vehicle and we were pleasantly surprised at the effortless and painless the leasing process was. As long as we reside in this area, we will be taking our vehicles (I also own a 2004 Ford Ranger) to Fair Oaks for all of out service needs and I will be recommending Fair Oaks to anyone who says that are interested in a new Ford vehicle. More

Great sales reps - no pressure or hassle! My wife and I do not exactly enjoy shopping for cars. We don't like being asked a bunch of questions by a sales rep or being ignored either.
