We enjoyed spending the day with Kim - trying to decide which Tacoma to purchase. He's got a great sense of humor and truly helped us narrow down our choices. Pam Dech was also super helpful explaining the different purchasing options, pricing, etc. Once we selected the perfect Tacoma for us - the entire team went above and beyond streamlining the purchasing process. Brent Farmer took the time to explain all the cool aspects of the Liberty Pro Build and set up our first service appointment. Brent even arranged some final tweaks to the truck before we left. Ryan Halvorsen handled all the final paperwork quickly - even though he explained everything thoroughly. After a long day, Kim took the time to go over all the bells and whistles in the truck before we drove it off the lot. We left at the end of the day with the most amazing truck from a truly amazing group of people. More

Bob did all the dealings through Pam for me and I was NEVER unhappy with ANY purchases I made through her or your dealership as she always ordered exactly what I wanted. Bob retired last year and now I'm on my own and plan again to deal with Pam myself. Look out Pam I'm looking at the 2020 Highlander Platinum, so as soon as the colors come out I will be bugging you. Purchase of 2019 Camry XSE for my wife Nancy Koenig I ordered a 2019 Camry XSE back in July of 2018. The car was preferenced to be built in late August. The actual build date was 9/11/2018. We took deli I ordered a 2019 Camry XSE back in July of 2018. The car was preferenced to be built in late August. The actual build date was 9/11/2018. We took delivery on October 5th, 2018. Pam Dech took care of ordering the car for me. She is a wonderful person. I added several options to the car after it was preferenced to be built and she without any problems made the changes for me. She really cares about making things right for her clients. I cannot say enough good things about Pam. She deserves an A plus plus plus. During the delivery process, Ken Ruggera took an exceptional amount of time explaining the functionality of the components of how to work the dash controls on the car. There was a substantial difference between a 2002 Camry XLE to a 2019 Camry XSE. The entire experience was wonderful. I will buy additional vehicles from this dealership.
