A pleasurable experience After reading the excellent reviews of the Forester in Consumer Reports, my wife and I knew before we arrived at Crews Subaru what we wanted to test d After reading the excellent reviews of the Forester in Consumer Reports, my wife and I knew before we arrived at Crews Subaru what we wanted to test drive. We met Millet DeAngles as we arrived, and he took us directly to the Foresters. He had a thorough knowledge of Crews' inventory which was extensive..After choosing our Forester, we went inside to discuss the purchase. The dealership's facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. I had forgotten placing a fraud alert on my Equifax credit report about five years ago when I saw an account I didn't recognize, so we had to make another trip back to complete our purchase after removing the alert from my report. Millet had our car saved for us before we returned, There was another couple there wanting to buy "our" car, but Millet gave us first right of refusal. Pam Baker made the financial decisions easy and helped us get what we wanted at a price we could afford. We love our car and Crews Subaru. More

Excellent experience Overall, my experience at Crews Subaru was excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and thorough. Trey, the sales rep we worked with, was patient and super helpful working with Josh to get our payments where we needed them to be. The only negative was the fact that before coming in i called to specifically ask whether they had the ability to coordinate my lease turn in with Hyundai. That was very important for me to know as my husband and I were simultaneously juggling the purchase of a new home/mortgage so time is at a premium. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone (not Trey!) told me unequivocally that yes that could and would do this. I never said anything about trading the hyundai in, rather very specifically discussed my lease end situation. It wasn't until I was signing my new lease paperwork that I learned they could not coordinate with Hyundai. Fortunately Pam and Trey made things right but others be forewarned...only the lessee can turn in the leased vehicle. Thanks to all at Crews subaru though...I LOVE my new Forrester and will probably be a customer for life despite that small hiccup. More

Exceptional Customer Service - Walked in ready to buy. Knew what we wanted. Knew what we wanted to pay. Knew I didn’t need to be sold just assisted with a cash transaction. Millet did everything we asked, even did the recalls. Josh made the deal happen, at my numbers and Pam made closing was a synch. Highly recommend this dealership. THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY I purchased my Subaru Forester 2017 from Crews Subaru and by far honestly was given the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Scott Griffin, Josh Stringer and Pam I purchased my Subaru Forester 2017 from Crews Subaru and by far honestly was given the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Scott Griffin, Josh Stringer and Pam Baker were just very professional , courteous and really made you feel like family. I personally hate a long drawn out process so this was better than anticipated. With a sales background myself ......I was really dreading going car shopping. I did a little research and checked consumer reports on dependability ratings and resale value and made an educated decision to buy my Subaru Forester. They made the whole process completely painless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Crews Subaru to all my friends and family!!! I was pleased to see that they were pet friendly and accepting of my " Furbaby " sidekick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More

Like many people, I'm not always crazy about going into a dealership to buy a new car. But Millet Deangles made the whole experience a very positive one. Millet was very professional and courteous. He listened when I had questions or concerns and answered them all to my satisfaction. I came away with a very positive feeling about having purchased another Forester.
