They even had a couple of recommended routes to let me put the car through varied speeds and roads. Once we made the decision to move forward with the purchase, Robert K, Josh, and Pam were all incredibly helpful and kind about the best financing plan, helped me sort out insurance, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing. They worked to make sure I had the coverage and rates I needed, and were sure to explain each step of the process. I couldn't have been happier with my experience overall. He just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience and would leave happy - regardless of whether we purchased a vehicle or not. He accomplished his goal - we did purchase a 2017 Forester and are completely satisfied. We then worked with Pam Baker to complete the purchase. She was also a pleasure to deal with and did not attempt to rush us even though it was getting a bit late.
