Rhett was incredibly accommodating and took the time to listen to what it was my husband and I were looking for. He patiently provided thorough information on a variety of options so that we could make an educated decision. He was informative and available without every being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable over the several weeks we worked together. He was very well educated and we are thrilled with the outcome of our experience with him. Pam was helpful, friendly, and efficient while completing paperwork. It was easily a fantastic experience and I could not recommend Rhett and Crews highly enough. Doug also needs mentioned because he was always incredibly helpful while I was having work done on my old Forrester before leasing the Crosstrek- he was always, always friendly and helpful (even when I called him four times in one day). Everyone at Crews is professional and friendly and it's clear they have the best interest of the customers in mind. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff! More
