He came in and talked to us about our hometown and was super sweet..Jim was great..he took us for a test drive answered all our questions and showed us how to operate all the features in the car. Pam sealed the deal in finance and went and found Kevin when we had additional questions..she even recommended a place for lunch! Dan, our salesman, was great. Finance was smooth. Everything was straight forward. The only complaint I have is when we got home with the new vehicle we spotted a dent on the roof near the windshield Everything was straight forward. One of the front service members tried to tell me he rubbed it off and pretty much dismissed my concern. Another service dept member, one in the back, said they would send it to a body shop to try to have it repaired. This in my opinion is unacceptable because it is a brand new expensive vehicle. More

They are upfront with the pricing and work with the customer. Our experience with routine service has been excellent. This will be our "go-to" dealership whenever we decide to purchase cars in the future. We will avoid the other dealerships which we visited on Rivers Road. Oh, and the vehicles we purchased are outstanding. No problems at all! More
