Within a day I received a call for an apology for a mix up. I was told the gift card will be send in the e-mail. I must admit how impressed I am for the prompt action they took to rectify my grievance. I have had a few experiences dealing with car dealerships in Charleston and I must say Crews Subaru is so far the best dealership I have ever dealt with over the years. The Finance dept went out of their way to find me a much lower rate than my own credit union was willing to offer me. I love my Outback very much and would like to thank Crews Subaru of Charleston for helping me with my dream car/SUV. I highly recommend this dealership. More

ordered vehicle 12/2021 with accessories went to pick it up 02/2022 none of the accessories where ordered or dealer installed had to wait another week for them to be ordered and installed.
