Well, it's the second vehicle I've bought from Toyota of Rockwall and I am thoroughly pleased. It was a little bit of a long process because I'm sort of picky, but between Ameer and the GM, coming to terms Rockwall and I am thoroughly pleased. We're now the proud owners of a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE 2025. I am verified pleased with Ameer who was my primary salesman and PJ who was my first contact? My wife is very pleased with her new SUV. She's thoroughly loves how it looks and drives! After she had driven it the first words out of her mouth was, "WOW it's got power! I can't say enough about how I was treated. Everyone was very polite, very forthcoming with answers to my questions. Kevin was very helpful in in the finance department in getting the interest rate down close to where I was wanting it. It's very helpful. I just can't say enough about them. All these positive events when we bought our 1st car and now the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE 2025 SUV is why Toyota of Rockwall is my kind of dealer I appreciated and why I return to do business with them! After purchasing multiple Honda vehicles for the past 20+ years i experienced a transmission failure with a 2017 Hona HRV which has a known factory recall on that particular transmission. I filed a case all the way to Honda nationwide...who refused to stand behind their product and provide zero help or assistance...I would highly advise people to stay away from Honda products...NEVER AGAIN!! I have been a reoccurring customer at Joey Meyer Toyota in Houston for nearly 20+ years and had never looked elsewhere when it comes to Toyota products, however it seems like they do not need reoccurring customers anymore. The local salesperson I use was very helpful as always, however the sales manager there gave me the worst offer on a sale and trade-in I have ever witnessed. . This made me start to shop around. Leading me to Toyota of Rockwall. Where the salesman PJ and sales manager worked excessively hard to gain my business...between him, general manager and financial manager. They worked the deal and..they put me in a new RAV 4 SUV at the right price and still allow a respectable trade in on the HRV even though it had issues. I drove 5 hrs. round trip further to get the deal. But would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! WE WILL BE RETURNING SOON TO GET MY DAUGHTER HER FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AS WELL...They will have us as repeated customers...I can assure that More
