I want to start by saying that our service advisor, Auzzie, has been wonderful.He genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Unfortunately, the vehicle pick‑up experience has consistently been disappointing. On our last three visits, we were told the car was ready, only to discover that something had been overlooked, a needed repair wasn’t completed, or new issues appeared. Before notifying customers that their vehicle is ready, I believe all teams should thoroughly inspect the car to ensure everything has truly been addressed. My husband has multiple medical conditions, and these repeated delays and unresolved issues have prevented him from getting to important doctor appointments. While rentals are offered, having to arrange one—rather than receiving a dealer loaner—adds an extra burden, as it requires travel to another location to pick it up. Since the recommended software update, this car has had constant problems. We used to love it, but now it has become more of a frustration than a joy because of these ongoing software‑related issues. We truly hope management will take this feedback seriously, as we would like nothing more than to enjoy and rely on our vehicle again. More

Everyone was nice and the estimate was provided in a timely manner but the estimate was ludicrous. I brought the car for an inspection so that I could I sell it. I wasnt quoted anything less than $1000, even though I have two turning blinkers that are burned out. These weren’t quoted or mentioned I assume because replacing them would be cheaper than the cost of the inspection. I was quoted the vapor canister and Esim replacement for $1000. Instead, I ordered the parts online for 100$ and replaced them myself in 15 minutes. I was also told to replace the steering box for 2500$, and the service manager couldn’t explain to me why. After watching 20 minutes of Youtube videos I was able to tune it myself (without replacing anything). I also was promised an appraisal for my jeep but never received anything. Unfortunately this experience causes me to lose a lot of trust. More
