Otis was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Our car was not going to be ready by closing time and we were given the option to take a dealership car home. We keep returning because they are so customer oriented. Otis Tate was our salesman this time and he was very knowledgeable. He found the exact car we were looking for and sold it to us at an agreeable price. When we took possession of the car, he had programmed all the settings, which we had requested.. Also, he spent about an hour with us explaining all of the great electronics features of the car.
