Your finance guy was an xxxxxxx, the process which should have taken less than 30 mins took 90. We had a check from bank already filled out they had taken all of our information prior to us arriving at deale have taken less than 30 mins took 90. When I asked him how long more it would take he got upset and rudely said “I’ll let you know when I am done” once we were in his office his attitude went from bad to worst, forget about congratulating us on purchasing new vehicle and saying thank you. He push the yellow envelope towards us and said you’re done. More
