After being harassed all week by the dealership to confirm my appointment, I drove two full hours to test drive a used car—only to arrive and be told the vehicle was in service and unavailable. Just sitting in the shop, as if my time had no value whatsoever. This dealership clearly has no respect for potential buyers, operating with the kind of disorganization and disregard that would be laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. If this is how they handle a simple test drive, I can only imagine the disaster that follows if you actually buy something from them. More

Dealership gave me a buy out of my lease that had $2000 of extra charges I only caught because I checked with another dealer. They claimed an honest mistake. Not sure I believe them.
