Jarred was fantastic, but very disappointed as I called days in advance to have recall work all done in one day. Girl who took call said all parts ordered and everything could be done Friday. The dealership is where I purchased my Venza in 2013 but what I can say is that Oscar was very professional, and excellent in doing his job. When I first leased this, I asked how to get the E/W/ N/S directions . I was shown how to turn to Maps. Last month I was lost and turned to Maps but nothing came up. It was VERY upsetting. Today I asked wha directions . I was shown how to turn to Maps. Last month I was lost and turned to Maps but nothing came up. It was VERY upsetting. Today I asked what I had done wrong. I was told that I have to PΑΥ for that! I’ve had a compass for over 30 years. I never would have leased this car if I had known. Shame on you! I also dropped my key about a foot down from a kitchen cabinet hook into my sink and it broke! How flimsy can that be? I’ve had keys there for 33 years. Sometimes they drop... but never break. And you want me to pay to replace them?I will not deal with Toyota in the future, or will I recommend you (I was even lied to when I leased the car, but that’s α whole other story). More
