Horrible service! Oscar should not even be working there. Absolute waste of time and money. I took my car for an emergency, then I had to pay for a service that was no Oscar should not even be working there. Absolute waste of time and money. Fabio is another goof, blaming it on the client just to cover for the incompetence of his worker Oscar who failed to do his job. People like these individuals should be demoted or fired, they should not be the first line of contact when clients seek assistance. They are not properly trained. As far as the Service Manager, (Fabio) he has no ability to keep his patience, he’s rude and I find it unprofessional on his behalf to blame the client for a responsibility that had to do with his employee. Absolute lack of respect and unprofessional behavior to be part of Toyota. They have caused me emotional distress and monetary loss and didn’t even fix the main issue with my vehicle. This is the best people you could hire to “service” YOUR CLIENTS!? Unacceptable! More
