I came to the dealership looking for a car not knowing what I wanted, within 2 minutes of looking on the lot Chris greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. Chris showed me over to the perfect car, we took it for a test drive and I knew I wanted the car. From there Oscar helped me with the rest of the transaction. Oscar was extremely helpful and listened to everything that I had to say. I couldn’t go above a certain payment per month and he was able to keep me in the range that I wanted. Everything worked out and I was able to take the car home the next day, I want to say thank you again to Oscar for all of the amazing service. Looks like I’ll be coming back for the next car I buy too. More

Wrong car, right car My wife was looking for a car for over a month. We were going out on Sundays and checking out the lots, looking online, and checking the papers and fr My wife was looking for a car for over a month. We were going out on Sundays and checking out the lots, looking online, and checking the papers and free car classifieds. She saw a car, on Kelly's website, with 59,000+ miles at a.good.price, but, when we got to the dealership, it was gone. Oscar showed us a car that had only 3,000+ miles on it, was certified, had been used as a courtesy car (so it was well taken care of), and was only $1,000 more than the one.we came to.look at. It drove great and looked beautiful. After some thinking and talking about the price, we made the decision to buy it. It was late, on.a.rainy Saturday, but, Oscar stayed until we were completely done with the financing and happy with everything. It, also, helped that he could speak Spanish, with my wife, and that he kept my girls entertained with things (goodies, Wi-Fi, and TV) around the showroom it's been over a month, but, I wanted to be sure that the vehicle was as good as the original test drive. This is the best car that I have ever driven and my wife loves it.Thank you, to Oscar and Mike, for staying late and making sure that we were content with our purchase. We will be back, in a few years, when we start to look for a car for our older daughter. Thanks, again. More
