First, the preowned guys want to charge you for a warranty that should come with the vehicle already, 4 month, 4000 miles for an additional 2k or take your own risk. Fine, you scared me into it. Late warranty that should come with the vehicle already, 4 month, 4000 miles for an additional 2k or take your own risk. Fine, you scared me into it. Later I buy the extended warranty with the finance package, completely forgetting about the initial warranty. AND NO, the case isn’t that extended cover the car once the 4,000 mi warranty is over, the extended warranty starts at 1201 the night you buy the car. So yeah, Charged twice for a warranty, emailed the financial department to clear this up, nothing back. I clearly told them I needed my refund back from the 4month, 4 k mile warranty. I asked for an invoice breaking down what exactly I bought from the car side of the house, I haven’t received anything as of yet, 3 days and counting. The car wasn’t ready to be sold when I bought it. There was an issue with the brakes, tie rod and steering alignment. Which I had to bring back and be without a car. I rented my own car for 4 days, in anticipation that a loaner wouldn’t be provided. It’s a price switch, they quote you one price, then bring you a different one that’s about 4k higher than you expected to spend. More
