Be wary of this dealership. I set an appointment to look at a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4 ( stock # 8726349 - $49,783 sale price) that was advertised online. Before I I set an appointment to look at a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4 ( stock # 8726349 - $49,783 sale price) that was advertised online. Before I arrived, I asked the Internet Sales Manager - Gabriella - at the dealership if the price was correct or if there were conditions to meet the discount. I was ensured via text that the price would be correct plus a $1298 dealer fee and state taxes. When I got there, the Manager on duty - Vince - informed me that I would also be required to pay a $1999 ppp+ fee that the dealership owner required on all deals. I showed him the text from his Internet Sales Manager and he said, he could not honor the deal because they would lose money. Wasted 45 minutes driving to the dealer and another 45 minutes at the dealer only to be informed that they had no intention of honoring the advertised price. These deceptive and dishonest sales tactics are the reason that I will NEVER visit an Arrigo dealership again in the future. I was warned by someone else that this would happen, and I ignored the warning. The sales person was great, but as expected the Dealership management was not going to honor the deal that the Internet Manager confirmed. More
