Right from the start Jean Dalomba made us comfortable and listened very carefully to what we wanted and were looking for. Rather than steer us to a new 2020 and try to upsell me he explained that they had a 2019 leftover with the options and features I had spoken of, and suggested that we at least test drive that vehicle first. It was the perfect choice for myself and my wife. After that while waiting to speak to Omar concerning paperwork and financing Jean didn't abandon us to the customer lounge but told us that until everything was finalized we were his only customer and only concern. We sat together and talked of family and vacations. It was an enjoyable and friendly experience. I would happily recommend Jean and Omar to anyone interested in looking for a new or new to them vehicle. More

We traveled down from Western Maine to look at a few of the many, many trucks My wife and I had such a great car buying experience with Paul Macchi . We traveled down from Western Maine to look at a few of the many, many trucks Imperial had on their lot. We are not ones to purchase vehicles very often and somehow to our good fortune we were contacted by a woman from Imperial due to my search online for a used truck. Her name is Lisa Donavan., she was also super to work with and very helpful in our search. Anyway, Paul greeted us as we got out of our car and recognized immediately that we were from Maine from our registration plates. He asked how we came to Imperial and after my brief explanation and what we were looking for he immediately got things ready for a test drive of the 2 trucks I had and interest in. His knowledge of the Chevrolet Colorado was impressive. Not only were the test drives very good but Paul's knowledge and history of the area was also impressive and enjoyable. Once we settled on a truck Paul introduced us to Omar and he expertly guided us through the myriad paperwork and signatures. My wife and I have raved about our experience with Paul at Imperial to our family and neighbors. Also, I'm not 100% I mentioned to Paul but I did remark to Omar that I would definitely come back to Imperial for our next car purchase.
