Horrible service ripoff. Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Said the cabin filter was dirty and sent a picture of a filthy cabin filter that was Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Tried selling us on 50,000 mile services ( trans flush, injector cleaning, rear differential service and a coolant flush. Our car has 4,000 miles on it and is only 5 months old. Find a better dealership. They are sleazy. More

My husband and I have bought two cars from Naples Acura and Norm, and had the pleasure of accompanying our daughter for her first purchase at Naples Acura. Ross and Omar also stopped by to say hello and congratulate her on her new to her purchase. They also went above and beyond when they realized that the car only had one key fob. They headed to the local Mazda dealer and got that second key for her! I was also having my car serviced while we were there and with the PPF on the car, it can't go through a car wash. They HAND WASHED my car!!! Blown away by the exceptional service they provide!! More
