Thank you for your feedback. Toyota is preparing a Service Campaign to provide customers with a second key as the semi-conductors supply improves this year. Our current plan for this campaign is as follows: The Service Campaign is currently estimated to launch in phases starting in the summer of 2023 but is subject to change based on parts supply. We plan to notify affected customers by first-class mail when second keys are available and ask customers to return with their original Smart Key so we can program a new second key and provide it to you. We would like to speak with you about your experience in more detail and we request that you reach out to our General Manager, Mark Hashimi, at mhashimi@fremonttoyota.com when you have a moment.
